Important notes

1. This Registration form should be sent to the organiser’s (HDK’s) e-mail address reg@hdkvaliteta.hr together with a copy of the registration fee payment.
2. All participants and accompanying persons are responsible for paying the necessary bank charges when paying the registration fee, since bank charges are not deductible from the registration fee. Otherwise, the application will be treated as an “incomplete application”.
3. Be sure to use your name (and/or accompanying person’s name) as the bank transfer description.
4. There is no option of payment by credit card.
5. Payment by cheque will not be accepted.
6. For On-site payment: cash only, in Euros (EUR) or in Croatian kunas (HRK)
